DESCRIPTION:Event Details\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is now open for our rescheduled 100th Anniversary event. The Century Celebration will take place on Friday\, April 8\, 2022 at Butterfield Country Club. Tickets are $125 and include gourmet hors d’oeuvres and drink pairings\, live music\, raffles\, and a journey through our 100 year history. Use the registration form below to register or make a donation. \nCOVID 19 Protocols\nAs a healthcare organization\, we feel it is our responsibility to protect those who choose to celebrate in-person with us as well as our staff and vendors. Below are a few precautions we will have in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all. \n\nFood and drink will be served in accordance with COVID protocols.\nHand sanitizing stations and masks will be available.\nTables will be set up with appropriate distancing.\nGuests must present proof that they have been fully vaccinated (including booster if eligible) in order to enter the venue (vaccine card or photo of vaccine card.)\nAnyone with a medical or religious exemption must present both proof of exemption as well as a negative COVID test (Antigen test within 24 hours of event or PCR/NAAT test within 72 hours of event).
