Tuesday, December 7 | 1:00-2:00 pm | Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a modified version of traditional Yoga and offers all the same benefits. Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, improve flexibility, reduce stress and improve circulation.
Supplies needed: Light hand weights or water bottles/cans. A sturdy chair with no armrests and no wheels. Please make sure your chair is on a flat and stable surface, and there is space around you for the exercises.
