Tuesday December 21 | 1:00-2:00pm | Core Conditioning
Core Conditioning focuses on strengthening your abdominals and the surrounding muscles that support your spine. This class will re-engage core muscles to improve daily endurance, improve posture and prevent injury.
Supplies needed: Light hand weights or water bottles/cans. A sturdy chair with no arm rests and no wheels. Please make sure your chair is on a flat and stable surface, and there is space around you for the exercises.
