Pillars Community Health – Century Celebration

Registration is now open for our rescheduled 100th Anniversary event. The Century Celebration will take place on Friday, April 8, 2022 at Butterfield Country Club. Tickets are $125 and include gourmet hors d’oeuvres and drink pairings, live music, raffles, and a journey through our 100 year history. COVID 19 Protocols

As a healthcare organization, we feel it is our responsibility to protect those who choose to celebrate in-person with us as well as our staff and vendors. Below are a few precautions we will have in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all.

• Food and drink will be served in accordance with COVID protocols.
• Hand sanitizing stations and masks will be available.
• Tables will be set up with appropriate distancing.
• Guests must present proof that they have been fully vaccinated (including booster if eligible) in order to enter the venue (vaccine card or photo of vaccine card.)
• Anyone with a medical or religious exemption must present both proof of exemption as well as a negative COVID test (Antigen test within 24 hours of event or PCR/NAAT test within 72 hours of event). Thank you for your compliance.
