Information About COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Keeping You Informed

The Proviso Township Mental Health Commission takes the issue of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) very seriously. Please refer to the below information and links for information about how the Centers for Disease Control and the Illinois Department of Public Health are helping communities control the spread of this virus.

Most importantly, if you are sick STAY AT HOME. Most people will not experience major health problems from Coronavirus but it is important that people stay home if they are sick to mitigate the spread of the virus.

The Illinois Department of Public Health has established a COVID-19 hotline to address questions from the public. If you have questions about what is happening in Illinois, or how the virus is spread, please dial 1-800-889-3931 or email us for assistance.
